You can easily register shipments through our customer portal. The platform is accessible 24/7 and gives you direct insight into scheduled shipments, delivery addresses and status updates. Working with high volumes? We can set up an EDI connection (Electronic Data Interchange), allowing shipments to be transferred automatically from your system to ours.
After registration, we collect the shipment from your location. At our sorting centre, all shipments are consolidated and sorted by region. Around 01:00, our vehicles depart and deliveries are completed before 08:00 at the agreed location.
Yes, our night distribution service is specifically designed for deliveries without anyone being present on site. We work based on clear delivery instructions. This may include delivery boxes, access codes or securely managed keys. Our drivers are trained to operate according to strict procedures and with complete discretion.
Yes, our customer portal gives you full visibility of your shipment status at all times. You can see when a shipment has been registered, collected, sorted and delivered. For proof of delivery, you can choose between a signature, scan confirmation or a digital confirmation including time and location. This information is available immediately and automatically stored in your shipment overview. This keeps you fully informed about every delivery, even outside office hours.
