Night Star Express Hellmann recognized by John Deere for achieving excellence

NSE Hellmann is delighted to announce it has again been recognized as a Partner–Level Supplier in the John Deere Achieving Excellence Program. The John Deere Status is the highest rating that can be awarded to suppliers by the internationally distinguished brand.

This is the second time since 2016 that John Deere has commended NSE Hellmann in this way, acknowledging the company‘s dedication to providing outstanding logistics services, as well as its commitment to continuous improvement.

NSE Hellmann‘s solution for John Deere ensures that irrespective of size or weight, deliveries get where they need to be on time. This involves collecting from Southern Germany late evening and delivering by 8 am the next morning in Belgium and the Netherlands.

Patrick Löwenthal, NSE Hellmann’s CEO accepted the recognition during formal ceremonies held on the 13th of March 2019 in Mannheim where more than 800 guests where invited.

NSE Hellmann is a ‘’First Class’’ logistics supplier which employs its optimised network to provide customised solutions for both night and daytime deliveries. With more than 8000 shipments every day and more than 18.000 packages, it provides night-time (parts) distribution for many renowned companies. As a result of the robust and reliable services and a delivery performance of at least 99%, NSE Hellmann are able to increase the service level to the John Deere customers and dealers.

„NSE HELLMANN has received the Partner Level Award 2 time‘s since 2016, said Patrick Löwenthal. The recognition from John Deere is an important acknowledgement of the quality and moreover the service beyond our products provided by our team as customer experience is a primary focus of our organization and we are committed to providing the highest quality engagement“.

Suppliers who participate in the Achieving Excellence Program are evaluated annually in several key performance categories, including quality, cost management, delivery, technical support and wavelength, which is a measure of responsiveness.

John Deere Supply Management created the program in 1991 to provide a supplier evaluation and feedback process that promotes continuous improvement.
